Thighs of chicken with sauce of soybean

Time: 70 minutes | Difficulty: Average | Shares(Portions): 4 persons

Ingredients for the recipe
· 8 thighs chicken
· 200 g onion
· 4 spoonfuls sauce of soybean
· 1 lemon
· 1 glass came white(target)
· oil
· pepper
· go out

First we preheat the oven to 180 º. While, we season the chicken and smear it with oil. In a source(fountain) for oven, we put the onion cut in tracks distributed by the whole bottom(fund) of the source(fountain) and it(he,she) raises the chicken. We put it in the oven during an hour more or less, giving them several times the return to the thighs, spraying them with the sauce that is formed(trained) in the source(fountain).

Once the golden chicken, we cover the source(fountain) with paper(role) of silver and reserve them inside the already subdued(already switched off) oven. The juice of the boiling we spill it in a ladle apart together with the tracks of onion roasted.

We add to the roast the sauce of soybean and to strong fire, warm the plate scratching well the bottom(fund) of the source(fountain) to gather the stuck sauce. We add then the wine, leaving it to cook a few minutes, and we add the juices of the plate to the ladle with other juices of the chicken.

Finally, we warm a bit everything until it(he,she) thickens the sauce and serve with the sauce of soybean above.
