German stew

Ingredients :
2 bends of pork, 250 gr. of cured bacon, 1 small cabbage, 250 gr. of carrots, 8 potatoes, 8 leeks, 1 slightly fried one, salt.

Preparation:


In a big casserole, to boil in water the bends and the bacon. At the half hour to add slightly fried (chive), the leeks, the bare(peeled) potatoes and the carrots. When half an hour(o'clock) has happened(passed) more of boiling, adding the cabbage cut in four chunks. To cook 15 more minutes. To ripen. The broth to slip and to put it in another casserole to do a soup. To place the stew in a source(fountain) and to reserve in warm place. To do the soup with the broth, of rice or of pasta(cash).
To serve first the soup and later the stew.
It is possible to spice with little oil, vinegar and a bit of paprika.
