TUNA CROQUETTES

Ingredients:

1 or 2 cans of Tuna in Oil
1 tablespoon butter
4 tablespoons flour
Milk
Salt
Eggs
Flour
Bread crumbs

Preparation:

It melted butter and flour in it ing, is adding milk to achieve the desired amount of besamel.

It then incorporates tuna, well drained, and there is salt, leaving it cook a few minutes.

It is placed in a fountain and allow to cool.

We are croquettes and go through flour, egg and bread, after friéndolas with abundant oil.
