Prawns to liquor

Ingredients

12 large prawns
2 medium onions
4 ripe tomatoes
1 glass of white sweet vermouth
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pill Avecrem Fish -30% salt
Pepper

Preparation

Wash shrimp and season with Avecrem FISH well shredded, and reserve in refrigerator. Peel onions and cut into strips.
Heat the oil and butter in a clay dish and add the onion. Sofreírla slowly until it is transparent.
Then peel tomatoes mature previously scalded 1 minute in boiling water, and triturarlos withdraw nuggets. Add to pan and cook until everything confit.
Add the white sweet vermouth, and incorporate salpimentar prawns reserved. Cocerlos for 5 minutes, turn and give them the cocerlos 5 minutes.
